What age are your shows intended for?
Every CKC show is geared for children ages 2 to 10.
When should I book my field trip?
As soon as you can! You can book any performance in our season after August 1st. Our season runs from October through August. Many performances will sell out, so book early to secure your preferred date.
Can I buy Group Tickets online?
Yes, however, you will pay an extra $1.50 (convenience fee) per ticket.  Save some money and give us a call!  OR, if you are short on time, use the form below–and we can complete the entire reservation process via email.
Who needs to purchase a ticket?
Everyone needs a ticket to enter the theater, including parents, chaperones, etc.
When should we arrive?
We begin seating ½ hour before each performance. Please plan on arriving ½ hour before the show to allow time to find your seats.
What if I have students with special seating requirements, such as wheelchair accessibility?
Just give us a call (773) 205-9600 and we will accommodate your seating needs.
How long is the show?
All CKC shows are one-hour in length
Where will my group be sitting?
We assign the seats in the order in which FULL payment is received in our office.
What if I have a few children absent on the day of the show?
No problem, we will give you a credit voucher (up to 10 tickets) to use for your next visit.
What if I need a few extra seats on the day of the show?
It’s always best to call the day before to add extra seats. If there are seats available, you can pay for them with a credit card over the phone. Many of our shows sell out, so you should always call as soon as you know you will need more seats. If you arrive at the show needing extra tickets, we will do our best to accommodate. (Your extra people may not be sitting with your group). You can pay for the extra tickets with cash, check, or credit card at the theater.

CREDIT CARD: Call our office (773) 205-9600 to make a payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. (There is an additional 3% charge for credit card payments)

CASH: Stop by our Administrative Office (4124 N. Nashville Ave., Chicago) any weekday between 9am and 5pm to pay with cash.
